Our expertise in education will start your green horse on a path of understanding. Our experience will instill the finishing touches needed to refine your show horse’s competitive effort Edgelea's training program is designed to be as interactive with the ultimate rider of the horse/pony as possible. Integration of the ultimate rider is progressive and we like you to attend as many sessions as possible. The more you understand how we work the easier it will be to communicate with your equine partner. "Tune Ups" are offered to our students' horses/ponies on an as needed basis. Maybe we need to "clean up" the changes, start a youngster over fences, address a trailer loading issue, attend our first show or prepare for a championship. In any case we will work together to design a plan which suits. Horses and ponies in mounted training sessions often have the option to receive therapy within the training regimen. Owners are educated in the modalities and encouraged to incorporate them into their riding program. Our horses and ponies continually display the benefits of maintenance therapy sessions with their relaxed, happy dispositions. Getting in touch with your equine partner through therapy sessions also brings an awareness of their general body condition and soundness.
